• 200 gm dark organic chocolate
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazlenuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 2 x 10gm scoops Chocolate be. Health collagen
  • pinch sea salt


  • pistachios

  • flaked coconut


  1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, ensuring it is not too runny, but thick enough to hold all the ingredients.
  2. Add all the base slice ingredients including be. Health Chocolate Collagen and combine.
  3. Tip the mixture into a lined slice tray and spread out. 
  4. Top with any additional fruits, nuts, seeds or flaked coconut. 
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  6. Remove from fridge and slice into bars as preferred. Keep in a container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
