Ingredients
Slice
- 200 gm dark organic chocolate
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped hazlenuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- 2 x 10gm scoops Chocolate be. Health collagen
- pinch sea salt
Toppings
- pistachios
- pumpkin seeds
- hazelnuts
- flaked coconut
Method
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, ensuring it is not too runny, but thick enough to hold all the ingredients.
- Add all the base slice ingredients including be. Health Chocolate Collagen and combine.
- Tip the mixture into a lined slice tray and spread out.
- Top with any additional fruits, nuts, seeds or flaked coconut.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Remove from fridge and slice into bars as preferred. Keep in a container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
