Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour (use GF alternative if needed)
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 large organic egg
  • 2 x 10gm scoops Chocolate be. Health collagen
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • dark chocolate chips 

Toppings

  • sliced banana
  • berries of choice
  • drizzle of smooth peanut butter

 

Method

  1. Mix flour, milk, egg, baking powder, pinch salt & be. Chocolate Collagen together in a large bowl until a smooth batter forms. 
  2. Drop batter into a large non-stick frypan to desired size of pancakes.
  3. Before flipping the pancakes, drop choc chips into each pancake.
  4. Flip pancakes and cook through.
  5. Stack pancakes and top with your favourite fruit, syrup, peanut butter or yoghurt.
