Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour (use GF alternative if needed)
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 large organic egg
- 2 x 10gm scoops Chocolate be. Health collagen
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- dark chocolate chips
Toppings
- sliced banana
- berries of choice
- drizzle of smooth peanut butter
Method
- Mix flour, milk, egg, baking powder, pinch salt & be. Chocolate Collagen together in a large bowl until a smooth batter forms.
- Drop batter into a large non-stick frypan to desired size of pancakes.
- Before flipping the pancakes, drop choc chips into each pancake.
- Flip pancakes and cook through.
- Stack pancakes and top with your favourite fruit, syrup, peanut butter or yoghurt.
