Really happy with this product. I was not really expecting to notice any real difference but after 4 months, my nails are the strongest they have ever been, and my hair is in great condition. It has also helped clear up my rosacea that I have been struggling with. Also a good boost to my gut health which has now settled down. Easy to include in my day and tastes great.
