A snappy 10min prep time & an hour in the freezer will yield this easy no bake slice crammed with heart & gut healthy ingredients with heroes such as dates and oats. It's chocolatey, chewy and keeps our snacking in the wholefoods department and not in the processed packet isle. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled organic oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup quinoa puffs
  • 1/2 cup low fat coconut cream
  • 20gm Chocolate be. Collagen 
  • 1 tsp flaked sea salt

Method

  1. Blitz all of the slice ingredients together in a food processor then then pour into a line slice tin. 
  2. Push the mixture out to the edges and flatten with a spatula.
  3. To make the topping, melt dark chocolate and organic coconut oil in the microwave and spread over the slice.
  4. Chill in the fridge until set, then slice. 
  5. Keep the slice in the an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • The recipe mixture can also be rolled into bliss balls
