A snappy 10min prep time & an hour in the freezer will yield this easy no bake slice crammed with heart & gut healthy ingredients with heroes such as dates and oats. It's chocolatey, chewy and keeps our snacking in the wholefoods department and not in the processed packet isle.
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic dates
- 1/2 cup rolled organic oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup quinoa puffs
- 1/2 cup low fat coconut cream
- 20gm Chocolate be. Collagen
- 1 tsp flaked sea salt
Method
- Blitz all of the slice ingredients together in a food processor then then pour into a line slice tin.
- Push the mixture out to the edges and flatten with a spatula.
- To make the topping, melt dark chocolate and organic coconut oil in the microwave and spread over the slice.
- Chill in the fridge until set, then slice.
- Keep the slice in the an airtight container in the fridge.
