Time to take your weekend breakfast up a (very delicious) notch. Vanilla pancakes are bound to be a hit in your household with the kids (and the big kids)! Alright, let's get cooking...
1 cup almond meal
4 10g scoops be. Vanilla Collagen
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup milk of choice
Mix the almond meal, collagen, baking powder and salt together in a bowl.
Add the eggs and milk and mix just until combined.
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over a medium-low heat and pour about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake into the pan.
Let cook for about 2-3 minutes until little bubbles start to form on top, then flip and let cook for another minute.
Serve with your favourite toppings like berries, yoghurt and maple syrup!
